You Are Infinite - an overview

Let’s go on a journey to the farthest reaches of our universe. Travelling at the speed of light – some 300 000 kilometres per second (which is seven and a half times around the earth per second!), it takes you eight minutes to reach the sun, four hours to reach Pluto, and even at this incredible speed, an amazing four years to reach out nearest neighbour star, Proxima Centuari. But this four years is less that the blink of an eye in the big scheme of things, because to travel across the whole of the Milky Way Galaxy would take 120 000 years, to travel to our nearest neighbour galaxy, the Andromeda Galaxy, would take 2.4 million years, and to travel to the furthest reaches of the known universe would take a staggering 46 billion years!

This is unfathomable. But despite this enormity, our minds find it just as unfathomable to imagine a brick wall, or some other form of boundary which ends the universe. There has to be something else beyond it. So science now tells us the universe is indeed infinite, but also strongly suspects our infinite universe is just one of an infinite number of other universes! But the most staggering thing that science now does, is that it tells us despite the inconceivable vastness of all that is in the entire Cosmos – it is all connected – it is all One! So here is a brief summary:

1. Quantum Entanglement tells us that every speck of matter that exists in the hundreds of billions of galaxies, each with hundreds of billions of stars is entangled with each and every other speck of matter. So an electron on one side of the universe can have an instantaneous effect on another on the other side of the universe!
2. String Theory tells us that every speck of matter that exists in the entire universe is actually made of a field of interconnected strings of pure energy. This is “fabric of the cosmos.”
3. High school physics tells us that every speck of matter that exists in the entire universe continues to be recycled and to flow throughout the entire universe. The atoms and molecules of your body, along with the rest of the surface of the earth is being continually recycled at a rate such that 98% of what is in ‘your’ body right now was not there one year ago and will not be there one year from now! As such ‘your’ body is not your body – it is The Body.
4. Noetics and research into psychic anomalies tells us that all minds are connected. That in fact there is only One Mind – One Consciousness that each individual consciousness taps into to create ‘your’ mind.
5. New theories in physics tell us that rather than consciousness somehow arising out of form (matter), it is actually form that arises out of consciousness - a sea of formless potentiality from which the One Whole Cosmos is made manifest.​

These extraordinary connections tell us that rather than being a remote, insignificant speck in a vast, empty, lifeless void, you are connected with the entirety of an extraordinarily complex, wondrous, and majestic One Life. As you are one with this One Life You Are the One Life!
